Sharni Gazzard 2 months ago I went on the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel and it was excellent. It was at a discount rate of $10 and for that price, I give it a 10/10. You experience astounding 360 views. At the non-discounted price, I'm not sure if I'd give it as high a rating. For $10, I would definitely go on it again. I think it is better than the Eureka Sky Deck.

I chose to try out the Melbourne Star at sunset and it was beautiful
Heather Graziano 3 months ago

I chose to try out the Melbourne Star at sunset and it was beautiful! It was light enough to get a great view over the city, and then seeing the colours of the setting sun from so high up was incredible. The staff were all helpful and friendly and they made sure there weren't too many people in each car. $10 was a fantastic deal too!

A nice and relaxing attraction that offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Melbourne

A nice and relaxing attraction that offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Melbourne. Just a note for parents though: I came with a pram and was not allowed to bring it on. Also, you can only bring small bags (no backpacks; not even school backpacks). But you can bring as many bags as you like.

We went during the night
RAHUL BAMAL 4 months ago

We went during the night. It's a slow moving wheel.... you can see lights and buildings that are good but you can also miss it. Not a must do experience. There are some announcements happening from speakers and walls are transparent. Experience is better if there are lesser and quieter people in the capsule.

The Melbourne Star Observation Wheel is a place that one should not be missed
Sue 7 months ago

The Melbourne Star Observation Wheel is a place that one should not be missed! The view up there was magnificent. It's definitely worth the ride. Booking our tickets from Experience Oz was seamless and support was prompt. We only had to show the tickets on our mobile. It was a great experience and highly recommended.

We had a cabin to ourselves which was really nice
Mahesh 7 months ago

We had a cabin to ourselves which was really nice. A nice relaxing break in our evening with great views. A very smooth pace of the wheel. Good to hear information while the wheel was moving. They stop the wheel at certain points to observe the city view which was nice. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommend!

Views were fantastic

Views were fantastic. Got to see the whole of Melbourne at sunset, something very unique. We managed to go around again for an extra $2 each which was good. The trip takes about 30 minutes and it's definitely worth it. Would definitely do it again but during the night to get a unique view.

Always hard to plan for this one given the erratic nature of Melbourne weather
Patrick Kariuki 1 year ago

Always hard to plan for this one given the erratic nature of Melbourne weather. My booking was seamless and easy. I made a mistake; forgetting to read the fine print. I got in touch with customer service as soon as I received my vouchers. As it was a transaction issue, it was escalated and true to their words, this was fixed for me. We ended up going for the day and night experience at the observation wheel. Perfect blue skies and beautiful views were worth the wait and value for the vouchers! Definitely going back.

It was an amazing experience

It was an amazing experience. Best place to see the whole city. Very enjoyable ride and well organised. I went there at night which is the best thing to see the city lights from really high above.

This 30 minutes experience gave us a memorable night
Qing Lim 1 year ago

This 30 minutes experience gave us a memorable night! Did it together with my cousins and it was so good to bond in the wheel looking at absolutely AMAZING views. Love the description played through the speaker too to let us understand Melbourne better. Kudos to the staff member as well! We were commenting how energetic and welcoming they are even though we were the last group before closing!
